Terms and Conditions for credit/debit card payments

These terms and conditions apply to all credit card payments made (whether online, by telephone, or in any other manner) to Health and Sport Technologies Ltd. In addition to these terms and conditions the Health and Sport Technologies Privacy Policy also apply to your use of our website and products.

By making a credit card payment to Health and Sport Technologies Ltd you accept these Terms and Conditions:-

Health and Sport Technologies Terms and Conditions for online payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms & Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.

We are using Stripe API to process all credit card payments. Business News Daily has recently recommended Stripe as the best online credit card processor for small businesses. Stripe processes transactions on its own network. This means no sensitive data actually touches our servers and security is handled by the experts. Stripe has automatically implemented several layers of protection specifically designed for Web-based financial transactions. For instance, Stripe’s client libraries and mobile API meet such industry standards as PCI-DSS requirements, so you’re always compliant. Stripe is also certified as PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of security certification for the payment card industry. Two-factor authentication is also available to further protect and prevent unauthorized access to your account.

When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card in the displayed currency.

Payments are deposited to Health and Sport Technologies Ltd Bank Account.

Online payments are secure and payments are processed directly by stripe as detailed above using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.

If successful payment is processed Stripe will confirm that your payment was completed. If unsuccessful Stripe will advise that your payment has failed. If your payment fails please check your card details and try again.

By entering your credit card information you are stating that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card and that the associated information entered is accurate. You authorize Health and Sport Technologies Ltd to charge the amount that is detailed in the order.

By clicking confirm payment you are consenting to receive confirmation of this payment electronically and any follow up emails required.

Health and Sport Technologies/Metrifit will confirm payment and next steps from the email address . If you do not receive this please check your spam/add to your address book.

You must carefully check all information you input into the online payment service, to ensure it is correct before you confirm the transaction can proceed. You will not be able to change it once it has been submitted.
Health and Sport Technologies will have no liability for transactions that are incorrect as a result of inaccurate information provided by you.

Refunds, if any, will be at the entire discretion of Health and Sport Technologies and will be made as Health and Sport technologies determines.
